This session combines blasts of high/low impact cardio intervals with active recovery and conditioning resistance work. This fun workout will reach all parts of your body, strengthening your cardiovascular system, burning fat and tightening and toning your muscles. 
All in the great outdoors, WOTever the weather!

This Cardio & Conditioning session is suitable for women* looking to get fit, burn fat and tone up outdoors. 
Exercise variations given to suit all abilities.

As a Vivobarefoot™ Affiliate, I am qualified to instruct on running technique and give advice for a safe transition to skilled barefoot running.  I also provide clients with a 20% discount code off a purchase from the Vivobarefoot™ website! Just ask me for details.

If you fancy getting outside to exercise but running and jumping isn't your thing, this class is for you!
Perhaps you're just starting out with your fitness regime or coming back from injury and want to build up gradually.  You may have had a previous operation or sporting injury and find yourself unable to participate in high impact activities.  
This session will still get you sweating and your heart rate elevated.  
Walking and low impact cardio drills with conditioning resistance exercises along the way.  It's much more than a walk in the park!

IMPORTANT STUFF
 
Please wear comfortable workout clothes and trainers
Bring a lightweight rain jacket just in case. Cardio & Conditioning is an all weather workout so be prepared.
 
After an initial trial class, sessions are bookable in blocks of 4*.  There is a 24 hour cancellation policy, if more than 24 hours notice is given your session will be transferred to the following week. All no shows or last minute cancellations will be charged.
